How to Request Account Deletion

• In the app: Open Dominoes Pro app, go to Settings > Account > Tap Delete Account, Read the confirmation message and confirm your request.

• By email: If you are unable to access the app, send an email to: info@dominospro.com, with the Subject: Account Deletion Request
  
  Please include:
  - Your in-game username or account email address.
  - Your PlayFab Player ID (if available).
  - The sign-in method used (Google, Apple, Guest, etc.)
  
  Do not send your password. We will never ask for it.
  
  When your request is approved, the following data will be permanently deleted:
  - PlayFab account and linked authentication methods.
  - Profile information and display name.
  - Game progress and saved data.
  - Statistics and achievements.
  - Leaderboard records.
  - Friends list and groups.
  - Inventory, virtual items, skins, and virtual currency balances.
  - Custom player data and all other information associated with your account.
  
  
  Data That May Be Retained
  Certain information may be retained where required for:
  -  Fraud prevention.
  - Security investigations.
  - Legal or regulatory compliance.
  - Financial or tax record keeping relating to purchases.
  
  Any retained information will only be kept for as long as required by applicable law and will then be deleted or anonymised.

Verification and Processing

To protect your account, we may verify that you are the account owner before processing your request.

Verified account deletion requests will normally be completed within 30 days.

You will be notified once the deletion process has been completed.

Important
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

- Deleted game progress, purchases, virtual currency, inventory, friends, and other associated data cannot be recovered.

- Uninstalling the Dominoes Pro app does not delete your account. You must submit an account deletion request using one of the methods above.
